living in a city

im in dallas texas right now, i have a work trip coming up soon. im at this place call “the meteor” and its this awesome late night coffee shop/bar. the aesthetic is awesome, the coffee is really good, they have food, beverage, and drink options, and the music is honestly not that bad. feels like a great place to come to and really get some work done while getting exposure to people.

there are probably so many interesting people here, if i lived here, i would genuinely come here all the time. maybe i should open up a place like this in greensboro/highpoint.

anyway, this is one of my favorite parts about living in a city— you get to have interesting people and places surround you. infinite adventures, peoples, and stories. its so much harder to do that in a place like high point. and thats why i know that within the next year, i have to get out of high point. i want to live in raleigh so so bad. its the perfect balance of close to my parents house, a growing city with things to do and people to meet, and opportunity in the future.
