a house divided cannot stand

the lincoln memorial is truly one of the most gorgeous places at night.

reading the gettysburg address on those walls sends shivers down my spine:

“that this nation, under god, shall have a new birth of freedom and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from teh earth”
