paying off debt

well its official! ive paid off my car. in total, i paid $28,340.28. man that hurts to say. in hindsight, the lesson is never buy a car on impulse. the reason i bought this car is so strange i think im too embarrassed to write it down.

im glad that i no longer have to think about the interest it was accruing or the fear of losing my job and having the car repossessed. not that i was going to but now that i outright own it, its really just tires/rotations and property taxes from here on out. oh and insurance.

i was looking, with the EV tax credit, there might just be a way for me to upgrade 1 year up for free or almost free. but i only have until the end of september to try when the ev tax credit ends. thanks obama!!

anyway, huge burden off my shoulders. i need to be more protective of money man.
