admission of guilt
im not on social media but once in a while, ill download tiktok or youtube or reddit. and if i do, i can kiss the rest of my day goodbye. the work arounds were too easy with freedom. and it was not consistent.
so what did i do instead? i set up a schedule to run every hour of the day. that way, i have to make the conscious decision each hour to turn off the block rather than the conscious decision to reenable it. continuing to dig the hole is hard, but staying a hoel is easy if that makes sense. that sounds like an innuendo. its not meant to be.
anyways, i hope this helps limit some of the problems ive had as of late. the weekends get really bad. i cant stand the fact that my life just wastes away on a screen.
