aesthetic sense

what does it take to have good aesthetic sense? how do you know that something goes well with something else? why are some people better at figuring that out than others?

not that im officially moving out of my apartment, with a lot of time and a lot more money on my hands, i want to see if i can make an aesthetic that fits me and gives my room personality. growing up, things like that were a waste— money was for food and essentials, not decorations. now though, i have that chance to make this room completely mine.

i want an “adventure is out there” poster, a reminder from my first and second love. the first— showing me what real love is— and the second— showing me the adventure that life is.

i also want a kobe bryant poster. his hard work, dedication, and perseverance is perhaps the most inspiring trait of any human being ever.

there are other little things, but i know that’s what i want. the rest ill figure out.
