playing the game

i helped someone with their amazon interview today. one thing ive always hated about this job application / job search process is that it feels so manufactured and fake.

anyway, it was pretty basic. not that difficult. ive always wondered if i could do it.

should i try to get a job offer in quant just to prove that i can?

i dont know. i feel like i have something to prove. i want to prove to myself that im here because of choice, not due to necessity.
